This diamond grading report is your only guarantee of the quality of your diamond's grades (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat). All loose diamonds at Diamond Traces accompanied with a diamond grading report from AGL, EGL or GIA, which are among the most respected diamond grading labs.
An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item. In case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will give you an equal replacement of your item. Diamond Traces offer an appraisal on all items from $500 and over.
Making a jewelry purchase is a big deal, especially when you are selecting an engagement ring. We want you to be sure that what you bought is exactly what you want. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
