Diamond Traces offers free shipping to all of our U.S. customers and to 40 international countries. We provide fast and free shipping to all our shipping destinations, regardless of order amount. In addition to free shipping, rest assures that all items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.
Our Shipping Methods
After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers and methods.
All orders under $5,000 — FREE FedEx 2nd Day
All orders $5,000 and above — FREE FedEx Priority Overnight
APO/FPO Shipments — FREE USPS Priority Mail
All international shipments — FREE FedEx International Priority
Need It Faster?
At Diamond Traces we offer free shipping on every order. In the event of a faster delivery we also offer upgrades for a minimal fee, so please specified it in the checkout. Please note that APO/FPO Shipments are not eligible for shipping upgrades. Contact Customer Service at 800-343-4133 if you have any questions.
If your order is under $5,000 you may upgrade to Overnight Delivery at checkout for $25.
If you need your order to arrive on a Saturday you may upgrade to Saturday Delivery at checkout for $25.
International Deliveries and Arrival Times
All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge, via FedEx International Priority. Please note that the arrival times listed on the Web site apply to U.S. shipping addresses only.
We require a signature on every delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx location, please call to one of our customer service agents at 800-343-4133.
