Diamond Traces gift cards may only be purchased and redeemed in US dollars. Gift cards are sent immediately to the recipient through email. Once the recipient receives the gift card, it can be used immediately on DiamondTraces.com.
For security purposes, when you redeem your gift card online, it’s recommended that you use a credit card. This is to help us ensure your identity and to protect against frauds.
Your credit card will not be charged unless your gift card amount covers the total amount of your order. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Card Number. If you wish to redeem your gift card using other payment method than a credit card, please call to our customer service at 1-800-343-4133.
Gift card will not be redeemed for cash, and can’t be transferred to another person. Diamond Traces is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift card expire on the date listed on your gift card Email.
